So enjoy some of the images from the night…from across a Northern ‘Wonderland’ The Event took place virtually by Zoom on Saturday 26th June 2021 with a keynote speaker - Andy Beeforth OBE from CCF - Cumbria Community Foundation.Ī competition was also held on the night for best themed fancy dress - there were winners -but I think you’ll agree from the snaps below -everyone came up trumps -in fact to be fair some of our crew need very little persuading to ‘get into character’! The evening’s theme was inspired by Alice in Wonderland as we took everyone ‘through the looking glass’ and our journey over 3 momentous decades. In 2020 The Oaklea Trust charity reached a major milestone – we turned 30 years old. “Every adventure has a first step.” Lewis Carroll The big night remembered - think we played our cards right!
